Meet Our Staff
Tom England, Owner
A one-time scientist for the government, Tom switched his focus in 2000 to something a little more light-hearted and rewarding…owning a toy store. He loves what he does, plans never to grow old, and will tell anyone who asks: “I’m excited to get up every morning and go to work because it’s always an adventure.”
Lisa Shinn, Manager
Lisa came to the Bear family in July 2013 from the Smokey Mountains of Tennessee. When you hear someone hollering “Ya’ll come back!” you’ll know you’ve found her. She has been the buyer and general manager for the store since late 2014, and she will happily tell you it’s the best job she’s ever had.
